The first teddy bear

Yay, we are doing something fun! Nah, alright, this is the first teddy bear. You wonder why I am doing this and it is because I feel like it.The idea of teddy bear came up when Theodore Roosevelt was out hunting when he founded a bear.He didn't feel like killing it so Richard Steiff did it in honor of Theodore Roosevelt not killing the bear. The first teddy bear was made in 1902.

The first compass

This is the first compass created during the Han dynasty. It was created in 206 B.C.It was used during battles and was also used for for maritime navigation by 1111 to 1117.Many other people have used the compass like the Vikings, the Greek, the pirates(going to talk about this one later) and etc.So yes, I will talk more about Asia when I have the chance and see you in the next post.

The first wheel

Most people would not noticed but wheel have been a huge importance to humankind and we used them for cars, planes, even as weapons as seen in this picture.Wheels was made around 3500 B.C and then advanced themselves over the next years of humankind. There isn't evidence of who created the wheel but the first wheel was founded around the Mesopotamia and then have been used by almost everyone around the world.

Hermes

Hermes (/ˈhɜːrmz/GreekἙρμῆς) is an Olympian god in Greek religion and mythology, the son of Zeus and the Pleiad Maia, and the second youngest of the Olympian gods.
Hermes is considered a god of transitions and boundaries. He is described as quick and cunning, moving freely between the worlds of the mortal and divine. He is also portrayed as an emissary and messenger of the gods;[1] an intercessor between mortals and the divine, and conductor of souls into the afterlife. He has been viewed as the protector and patron of herdsmen, thieves,[2] oratory and wit, literature and poetry, athletics and sports, invention and trade,[3] roads, boundaries and travelers.[4][5]
In some myths, he is a trickster and outwits other gods for his own satisfaction or for the sake of humankind. His attributes and symbols include the herma, the rooster, the tortoisepurse or pouch, winged sandals, and winged cap. His main symbol is the Greekkerykeion or Latin caduceus, which appears in a form of two snakes wrapped around a winged staff.[6]
In the Roman adaptation of the Greek pantheon (see interpretatio romana), Hermes is identified with the Roman god Mercury,[7] who, though inherited from the Etruscans, developed many similar characteristics such as being the patron of commerce.

Hera

Hera was Zeus' wife and sister, and was raised by the TitansOceanus and Tethys. She was the supreme goddess, patron of marriage and childbirth, having a special interest in protecting married women. Her sacred animals were the cow and the peacock, and she favoured the city of Argos.
Zeus initially courted Hera, but after many unsuccessful attempts, he resorted to trickery. He took the form of a disheveled cuckoo;Hera, feeling sorry for the bird, held it to her breast to keep it warm.Zeus then resumed his normal form and taking advantage of Hera's surprise, he raped her.Hera then married him to cover her shame; their marriage was turbulen and they often clashed.Link:http://www.greekmythology.com/Olympians/Hera/hera.html

Ares

As I have promised, I will make more of the gods and then move on to Egyptians gods which will be a very long one. Ares was the god of war, and son of Zeus and Hera. He represented the raw violence and untamed acts that occured in wartime, in contrast to Athena, who was a symbol of tactical strategy and military planning.
He was disliked by both his parents. Whenever Ares appeared in a myth, he was depicted as a violent personality, who faced humiliation through his defeats more than once. In the Iliad, it is mentioned that Zeus hated him more than anyone else; Ares was also on the losing side of the Trojan War, favouring the Trojans. He was the lover of his sister, Aphrodite, who was married to Hephaestus. When the latter found out about the affair, he devised a plan and managed to humiliate both of them. The union of Ares and Aphrodite resulted in the birth of eight children, including Eros, god of love.

Who make lego

So since we got into vampire in the last one, I will talk about something fun. Most of you will not know this unless you go and search this up right now.The creator of Lego is Ole Kirk Christiansen and he created Lego and he created Lego in 1949.He created Lego for his kids but soon expand to what is now today.I will be the first to said he did a very good job.He was born in April 7, 1891 at Denver. He died in  March 11, 1958.I will make sure more of these toys product will be posted and that is it.

Vampire:Fact or Fake 2

All right folks, today, I am doing a monster this time and yes, based on this picture, today we are having a little something. This picture is Vlad the Impaler where he was the started of the vampires. He was born in 1431 where his named "Vlad Dracula" was yes, the started of Count Dracula. He was known for wars and what he do after.Unlike vampire, when they bite you on your neck, he do the pain 10x harder and impale you with a pole up your "pants" to your head.He was known for drinking the blood of the people he killed and I am not going into details.Anyway, that inspired a lot of people to invent the stories of vampires. He died in 1476 which is lucky for us but I am sure I will never forget who he is.If you guys want to tell me what to do next, I would be happy not to do this sort of subject.

The first shooting game

All right, I know I have been posting really long things for the Greek gods and I will make sure all the gods will have the turn but anyway, The game, Maze Wars is the first shooting game that was created in 1974 by Steve Colley and  Greg Thompson and is also rated 5 stars at SourceForge so yeah.I will posted a lot more games that I think people will like but until then, I will see you later. And here the link if you want to play the game. http://playdosgamesonline.com/maze-wars.html

Athena

Athena was the Greek virgin goddess of reason, intelligent activity, arts and literature. She was the daughter of Zeus; her birth is unique in that she did not have a mother. Instead, she sprang full grown and clad in armour from Zeus' forehead. She was fierce and brave in battle; however, she only took part in wars that defended the state and home from outside enemies. She was the patron of the city, handcraft, and agriculture. She invented the bridle, which permitted man to tame horses, the trumpet, the flute, the pot, the rake, the plow, the yoke, the ship, and the chariot. She was the embodiment of wisdom, reason, and purity. She was Zeus' favourite child and was allowed to use his weapons including his thunderbolt. Her holy tree was the olive tree and she was often symbolised as an owl. She became the patron goddess of Athens after winning a contest against Poseidon by offering the olive tree to the Athenians. It is evident that Athena and Athens derive from the same root; Athens (or Athenae) is in plural form, because it represents the sisterhood of the goddess that existed there. Similarly, Athena was called Mykene in the city of Mycenae (also a plural after the respective sisterhood), and Thebe in the city of Thebes (or Thebae, both plural forms). Zeus

Zeus was the god of the sky and ruler of the Olympian gods. He overthrew his father, Cronus, and then drew lots with his brothers Poseidon and Hades, in order to decide who would succeed their father on the throne. Zeus won the draw and became the supreme ruler of the gods, as well as lord of the sky and rain. His weapon was a thunderbolt which he hurled at those who displeased or defied him, especially liars and oathbreakers. He was married to Hera but often tested her patience, as he was infamous for his many affairs. Zeus, the presiding deity of the universe, ruler of the skies and the earth, was regarded by the Greeks as the god of all natural phenomena on the sky; the personification of the laws of nature; the ruler of the state; and finally, the father of gods and men. Greek Gods

Yes, I'm doing the Greek Gods because I am a big fan of Percy Jackson and therefore is doing this. They were 6 gods and goddess and then they started growing to 12.The 3 male gods was Zeus, Poseidon, Hades and as for the women, Hera, Demeter, and Hestia. All have been consider major gods unless you count Hestia of not since she had to replace her seat for Dionysus.Anyway, more gods and goddess have grew and some were Athena, Ares, Aphorite, Artemsis, Apollo, and some more I forget.Any way, I will try to list them down one by one when I have the chance.

Alexander the Great

All right, as the name says, it is Alexander the Great. He was known to be one of the greatest war leaders and have lead Greece to be a huge empire. He was born in July 356 BC at Pella where his mother was Olympias and his father Philip II of Macedon. He was admired by a lot of people including Julius Caesar(which I will talk later).I will talked more about him when we get into the wars subject and that is it.

King Arthur:Fact or Fake 1

So I will try to post out many things of Fact or Fake and hope you all find it fun to read.So first off, I will started with King Arthur. Most people would know how he pull the sword out and his round table and whatnot.Anyway, in the end, we will discover if he is a fact or a fake.So he became king around the 5th or 6th centuries where he had fought the Saxons. However, historians have said there was no proof of King Arthur being real beside the stories being told by someone. However, historians did said that he could have been a Roman Leader who did fought off the Saxons. But there was not yet, proof of King Arthur being an actual person and was only known as a myth.I can't said that King Arthur is real but I can't also say he was a fake so I will decided him as an unknown.

First man to the moon

All right folks, all of you would know who is him and yes, it is Neil Armstrong. He was the first man to walk on the moon and said his famous quote "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.". He walked on the moon at July 20, 1969 where he became famous. It is sad to said his death was 4 years ago. However, most of us would remember what he had done for mankind.

The first Video game

So most of you would have thought I will never talk about games when it come to history but however, to not bored you people, I will talk about it.This is the first video game called Pong where it is sort of a tennis game. Most of you would have already play this game and not have noticed this was the first video game.I would have suspect most of you would say Pac-man is the first video game which it is not.Pong was created in 1972 by Allan Alcorn where he would have created this game.If you want to play this game, go to http://www.ponggame.org/ where you can play the game.

How North America was first founded

North America was first founded by yes, the Vikings. Most people would suspect that when North America was founded, It wouldn't be the vikings but the one and only, Christopher Columbus which is snot true and I will tell you why.Christopher Columbus founded North America at 1492 and even then Historians say he never step foot on the land. However, the vikings founded North America at 1000 A.D and so, there is a huge difference in years.I will explain more about Vikings when we get into the subject of wars.
